Watermelon gola

Ingredients :- 
                         Watermelon juice
                         Watermelon pieces(few)
                         Subja Seeds(Basil/Falooda seeds)

       Method :- 
                    Soak subja seeds in watermelon juice for 5 minutes. 
                    Then pour juice and watermelon pieces  
                    simultaneously in kulfi moulds, 
                    and pierce a wooden stick or small fork in the middle.
                    Deep freeze the moulds till 1 or 2 hours or till it sets.

Once the gola is set remove it and dip it in glass of water several times. Serve at once....   
You can also make gola with any type of sweet fruit eg. papaya, mango, chickoo etc. without adding any sugar.
Enjoy sugar free, dairy free golas with fresh fruits....
