1/2cup chopped cucumber-50gms.
1/2cup chopped onion-50gms.
1/2cup chopped carrot-50gms.
1/2cup chopped beet root-50gms.
1/2tsp. green chilli paste
Beat curd till it is smooth.Then add all the ingredients one by
one. Add cucumber, carrot, onion and some of the beet root and mix well.
Then add green chilli paste, salt, sugar and remaining beet root. Mix well.
Garnish with corriander leaves and serve with biryani or parathas.
